• Global accessibility (excluding certain Asian and remote regions)

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes related to purchasing kiteboarding equipment and accessories.

All content on this site (logos, product designs, text, images) is owned by Kite Wing Boards and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us rights to use this material for promotional purposes while maintaining your personal rights to the content.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are entirely error-free. If you receive a product that differs significantly from its description, you may return it under our Return Promise.

3.3 Product Availability

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Placing Orders

By placing an order, you:

• Acknowledge that your order represents an offer to purchase which we may accept

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

5.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

We cannot ship to certain Asian and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.

5.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped, you become responsible for the purchased goods. Any loss or damage after delivery must be reported immediately.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Our Return Promise

We want you stoked about your gear. If not, here’s how returns work:

• 15-day window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
• Original shipping: Not refundable (unless we made an error)
• Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility (we cover for damaged/defective items)

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

• Harnesses and Harness Accessories (due to direct body contact)
• Build A Bar Workshop custom products
• Opened Compression Bags

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. All refunds are issued in USD.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Product Use

Kiteboarding and hydrofoiling are inherently risky activities. You’re responsible for:

• Proper use of all equipment
• Following manufacturer guidelines
• Using appropriate safety gear
• Operating within your skill level

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Kite Wing Boards isn’t liable for:

• Incorrect product use or modification
• Wear and tear from normal use
• Events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, etc.)
• Indirect damages (lost time, missed sessions, etc.)

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The current version will always be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
