Shipping Information
Order Processing
We get stoked when you place an order! Our team processes all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Full tracking included
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping
- Economical option for non-urgent orders
- Basic tracking available
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to certain Asian and remote regions.
Our Return Promise
We want you to be completely stoked about your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right – simple as that. Here’s how our rider-friendly returns work:
Return Basics
- 15-day window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original shipping: Not refundable (unless we made an error)
- Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility (we’ll cover it for damaged/defective items)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Harnesses and Harness Accessories (due to direct body contact)
- Build A Bar Workshop custom products (made specifically for you)
- Opened Compression Bags (considered personal use items once opened)
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our rider-support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address: 3 Southerberry Dr, US 05468
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with all original packaging and tags attached. Include the return authorization number inside the package. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Insuring the package for its full value
- Retaining your shipping receipt until the process is complete
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received at our facility, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
- Timing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Currency: All refunds are issued in USD
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective (rare, but it happens – even the best kites can have bad days):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For our global riders (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using DHL or FedEx for traceability
- Refunds will be issued in USD
