Pro Rider Tip: All transactions are 256-bit encrypted – your payment information is protected with the same security measures we’d demand for our own gear purchases.
Accepted Payment Methods
Visa
We accept all Visa credit and debit cards globally. Visa’s fraud protection ensures your transaction is secure while you focus on choosing your perfect hydrofoil setup.
MasterCard
All MasterCard variations are welcome. Many international riders prefer this option for its widespread acceptance and currency conversion capabilities.
JCB
Our Asian customers (where available) can pay with JCB cards. Note that some Asian shipping restrictions may apply regardless of payment method.
PayPal
The preferred choice for riders who value extra buyer protection. PayPal allows you to checkout without entering card details on our site – perfect when you’re ordering from your phone at the beach.
Payment Security You Can Trust
As fellow kiteboarders who’ve dealt with our share of online purchases, we implemented:
- PCI-DSS compliant payment processing
- SSL encryption across our entire site
- No storage of sensitive payment data on our servers
- Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode authentication
Note: For security reasons, the billing address must match the address on file with your card issuer. This helps prevent fraud and ensures your gear ships without delays.
Currency & International Payments
All transactions are processed in USD. International cards will typically have the amount converted by your card issuer. We’ve found this provides better exchange rates than local currency conversion services.
What We Don’t Accept (Yet)
To maintain our low fraud rates and quick order processing:
- We currently don’t accept cryptocurrency
- Bank transfers aren’t available due to processing delays
- Financing plans aren’t offered (but watch for seasonal sales)
- Cash-on-delivery isn’t possible with our global shipping model

If your payment isn’t processing:
- Double-check your card details and billing address
- Ensure your card isn’t maxed out (those new hydrofoils are tempting!)
- Try a different browser or device
- Contact your card issuer to confirm international transactions are enabled
