Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your shipping method:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx (recommended for time-sensitive orders)
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS (ideal for complete setups)
Note: We currently cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia due to customs restrictions.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship globally except to some restricted areas. Our checkout will automatically notify you if we can’t deliver to your location. International orders typically use our free EMS shipping option (15-25 business days after dispatch).

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We stand behind our products. You may return items in original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please email [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
All shipments include insurance. If your equipment arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
